These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Cozy Kitchen, operating in Sadarpur, near Tanda Road and Sheetala Mata Mandir, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh 176002. By visiting our restaurant, accessing our website (https://www.thecozykitchen.in), ordering via our digital menu, or pre-booking meals, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Dining Services & Operating Hours

The Cozy Kitchen provides homestyle dine-in, takeaway, and local food delivery services. Our standard operating hours are:

• Opening Hours: 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM Daily (Monday through Sunday).
• Service Area: Local deliveries are offered within our designated delivery radius covering Tanda Medical College (RPGMC), Kangra town, Sadarpur, and surrounding Kangra Valley localities.
• We reserve the right to modify operating hours or kitchen availability during severe mountain weather, holidays, or private catering events.

3. Online Ordering and Pre-Bookings

When placing orders through our website or via WhatsApp:

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact, delivery, and dietary information. We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from incorrect phone numbers or ambiguous address landmarks.
• Pre-Booked Specialty Items (Dal Baati Churma): Authentic Rajasthani Dal Baati Churma is prepared fresh using pure desi ghee with traditional slow-baking techniques. Pre-booking must be made with sufficient advance notice as indicated on our ordering portal.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation message or call from our kitchen staff.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

• All prices displayed on our website and digital menu are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless explicitly specified otherwise.
• We accept cash, unified payments interface (UPI), major debit/credit cards, and verified online payments through certified gateways.
• We reserve the right to update menu item prices, seasonal specials, or packaging fees without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price quoted at checkout remains fixed for that transaction.

5. Delivery and Takeaway Conditions

We take pride in serving hot, freshly cooked food with prompt turnaround:

• Estimated delivery times are approximations and may fluctuate due to high order volume, adverse weather conditions, or local traffic.
• For delivery orders, please ensure a designated recipient is available at the delivery address and reachable via the registered phone number.
• Takeaway orders should be collected within 30 minutes of the ready notification to ensure optimal freshness and food quality.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

We maintain strict hygiene and separate preparation areas for vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. However, our kitchen handles dairy, pure desi ghee, wheat/gluten, nuts, and diverse spices. Customers with severe food allergies must inform our kitchen staff prior to placing an order. While we make every effort to accommodate dietary preferences, we cannot guarantee completely allergen-free environments.

All content on this website—including restaurant brand names, logos, menu copy, food photography, graphic icons, the "Listen to Kangra" audio journals, and valley travel guides—is the intellectual property of The Cozy Kitchen and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any disputes arising from dining experiences, transactions, or website use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh.
