Many people think masala dosa is just a South Indian dish. But for us at The Cozy Kitchen, it is a recipe shaped by years of learning, travel, and experience across different cities of India.
Chef’s 20 years experience
Our chef has spent nearly 20 years working in different kitchens across India. During this journey, he learned how small details - the fermentation of batter, roasting temperature, and spice balance - completely change the taste of a dosa.
This experience reflects in every masala dosa we serve today in Kangra.
Quality ingredients
We prepare our dosa batter fresh and select spices carefully so that the aroma and crispness remain natural. The potato masala inside is cooked slowly to maintain authentic flavor instead of rushing the process.
Goal
Our goal is simple - to bring the taste of authentic masala dosa closer to families near Tanda Road, Sheetala Mata Mandir, and nearby areas of Kangra without needing to travel far.
If you enjoy crispy dosa with balanced spices and homely preparation, our masala dosa is always ready to welcome you at The Cozy Kitchen.
